Terms of Service

Overview

By placing an order or subscribing to SKEWERBROS, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our service.

Order Cutoff

Orders placed by Sunday night will be delivered Monday. This applies to both one-time orders and subscriptions placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.

Subscription Terms

Subscriptions are billed automatically every Friday for delivery the following Monday. You may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us before the weekly billing date.

Delivery

We deliver to Downtown Toronto postal codes every Monday between 6-10 PM. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information or if no one is available to receive the delivery.

Flavour Selection

Flavour selections must be confirmed by Sunday at 9:00 PM for Monday delivery. If no selection is made, we will use your previous selection or our default flavour of the week.

Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds may be issued at our discretion for quality issues. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery if you have any concerns about your order. Cancellations made after the weekly billing cutoff will apply to the following week.

Food Safety

Our meals are prepared fresh and should be refrigerated upon receipt. Please consume within 5 days of delivery for best quality. Reheating instructions are provided with each order.
