We deliver every Monday between 5:30 PM – 10:30 PM.
Order cutoff: Sunday at 6:00 PM
Billing: Subscribers are billed every Friday at 9:00 PM
This applies to both one-time orders and subscriptions. Your meals will arrive freshly grilled on Monday.
All meals are made using whole foods only.
Our chicken is marinated in Greek yogurt with house-made spice blends unique to each flavour.
We use fresh herbs and extra-virgin olive oil for grilling.
No seed oils. No refined sugars. Ever.
All skewers are flame-grilled for natural char and flavour.
For best results:
• Reheat in an air fryer or oven at 350°F (180°C) for 3–5 minutes
Reheating in the oven (best for larger portions):
• Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C)
• Place chicken thighs in an oven-safe dish and cover loosely with foil to retain moisture
• Heat for 8–12 minutes if refrigerated
• Heat for 18–22 minutes if reheating from frozen
• Ready when hot throughout (internal temp ~165°F / 74°C)
If using a microwave:
• Place a small cup of water (¼ full) beside the food while heating
• This creates steam and helps keep the chicken moist
All meals are fully cooked and flame-grilled fresh on your delivery day, then immediately chilled for safe storage.
Fridge life:
• Keep meals refrigerated at ≤4°C / 40°F
• Best enjoyed within 4–5 days of delivery
• Keep lids sealed until ready to eat to maintain moisture and freshness
Freezing (recommended for 10-meal plans):
• If you won't eat meals within 5 days, freeze them upon arrival
• Meals can be frozen for up to 2–3 months without significant quality loss
• For best texture, thaw overnight in the fridge before reheating
Reheating from frozen:
• Thaw in the fridge overnight whenever possible
• If reheating directly from frozen, use oven or air fryer for best results
Food safety:
• Meals are already cooked — reheat only until hot throughout (165°F / 74°C)
• Do not leave meals at room temperature for more than 2 hours
• Do not refrigerate again after reheating
Planning guidance:
• 5-meal plan: store in fridge and consume through the week
• 10-meal plan: refrigerate meals for the first few days and freeze the remainder for later in the week
The chicken skewers and side dips are naturally gluten-free.
Our current selection of pita bread is not gluten-free, but you can enjoy the skewers on their own or with your own gluten-free alternative.
Each meal contains 60–65g of clean, cooked protein, coming from 200g of cooked chicken breast per serving.
Subscribers are billed automatically every Friday at 9:00 PM for Monday delivery.
You can pause, resume, or cancel your subscription anytime from your Account dashboard.
Flavour selections can be updated weekly before the Sunday at 6:00 PM cutoff.
All meals are grilled fresh on delivery day (Monday).
